Metamorphosis has a soft spot for homebuyers. There’s nothing more exciting than falling in love with a home and putting down some roots. It can also be a very scary experience. I mean, it’s a lot of money. The reassuring thing is that our agents are educators. We take the time to walk you through the home, assess the pros and cons, and allow you to come to your own conclusions. Shopping may take a week, it may take a year, and that’s okay. As long as you find the home you want, at a price you’re willing to pay, then the search was worth it.
One of our specialties is helping buyers find run-down "diamonds in the rough", which are inexpensive and almost 50% of the urban market. From good bones, and not much else, we create homes for our clients that they never thought they'd be able to afford!
